Dr. Rania Al-Masri is a highly experienced consultant in public administration and human resources. She has been practicing consulting since 2014 and holds a Ph.D. in Communication Science and Information Systems, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. She is licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce as a consultant in public administration and human resources management. Additionally, she is a certified trainer for the Human Resources Diploma program at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. She is the founder and CEO of Excellence and Innovation for Management Consulting (ECM).

Dr. Rania has a large network of relationships with HR professionals in the Kingdom and around the world. She served as the General Manager of Human Capital in the Kingdom for PwC, one of the "Big Four" global consulting firms. She is also a key member of the HR Group for the Middle East and a decision-maker for the company.

Dr. Rania is a mentor and educator for over 500 employees who graduated from the Master's program in Human Resources at Al Yamamah University in Riyadh. She has extensive experience training employees in numerous government agencies and private sector companies. She has worked as a professor at Al Yamamah University in the Business Administration College, Department of Information Systems and Communications, and also served as the Dean of the Business Administration College. She has a network of over 300 professionals specializing in human resource management.
